tg(t)=tan(t); i have to solve the following differential equation using Laplace transform, but I don't know how, the Laplace transform for tan(t) is not easy doable, I was being told to use convolution but don't see how.
As far as I know L[tan(t)] doesn't exist for real values of t. tan(t) has vertical asymptotes at odd multiples of pi/2 and therefore so does e^(-st)tan(t). which makes it discontinuous and non differentiable at those values. There may be some weird complex form but that's above my pay grade. Never heard of convolution.
