2^(x^2−3)=x^(−1/3)

This is a problem from khan academy and Sal solved this problem graphically but I want to know how we could do it algebraically. Is there any way to solve this equation algebraically?

I didn't really get any way to solve this equation Algebraically...So i think Doing it Graphically is the only possible way...
